Your campaign
does not live in
anyone's inbox.
The Vault is the platform we built to run engagements inside. Every agency tier works here, and so does your team.
Where campaigns usually live
- Unreleased audio in a shared drive
- Strategy in a Slack channel with 40 people
- Calls on Zoom, recorded to someone's cloud
- NDAs emailed as attachments
- Performance in a monthly PDF
Where yours lives
- Assets in The Vault, access by approval
- Messaging inside the platform, on the record
- Video on infrastructure we host ourselves
- Agreements executed and stored in place
- Spend and performance, live
One platform, not five tools stitched together.
Your team and ours, in one thread
No Slack, no group chats, no DMs. Conversation sits next to the work it is about, and stays on the record.
Sessions on infrastructure we host
Reviews and briefings run inside The Vault on servers we operate. Not Zoom's, not Google's.
NDAs signed before the brief moves
Executed and stored in place. No attachments sitting in an inbox, no third-party signing tool.
Every asset, versioned
Concepts, rollout documents, mood boards and finals, delivered to your folder with full version history.
Spend and performance as it moves
Campaign metrics, ad spend and pacing, live. Not a deck at the end of the month.
You decide who sees what
Permissions are granted per person and per area, by you, with a full audit trail of every access.
Nothing is shared by default.
Your manager, your lawyer and your label rep only see what you grant them, and each grant is recorded. This is what it looks like in practice.
| Area | You | Manager | Label rep | Legal |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Unreleased masters | Full | Full | None | None |
| Campaign strategy | Full | Full | View | None |
| Spend and performance | Full | Full | View | None |
| Agreements | Full | View | None | Full |
| Messaging | Full | Full | None | None |
Illustrative permission set. Yours is configured by you, and every change is logged.
Stated plainly, so your security team can check it.
If you are bringing this to a label's legal or IT team, these are the facts they will ask for. We would rather they be verifiable than impressive.
- Encryption
- Files, messages and agreements are encrypted at rest and in transit. BR administers the platform, so this is not end-to-end encryption and we do not claim it is.
- Video
- Sessions run on a private instance we host and operate, rather than a consumer meeting product. Nothing is recorded to an external cloud.
- Access
- Granted per person and per area by the artist or brand, never by default, and revocable at any time.
- Audit
- Every access, permission change and document action is recorded and reviewable by you.
- Consumer tools
- No Slack, no shared drives, no third-party signing product anywhere in the workflow.
Every agency engagement runs here.
Essentials, Platinums, Icons and Brands all work inside The Vault. It is the line between running your own campaign in The Artist Blueprint and having us run it with you.
See the four ways inAccess is granted, not signed up for.
Clients and their approved teams enter here. Everyone else starts with a conversation.
